CHARITY FOUNDATION “KHARKIV WITH YOU” within the project “Strengthening inclusive education for children with special educational needs, in particular children with disabilities, in the Kharkiv region” announces a repeated open tender for the purchase of equipment for the Inclusive Resource Centers of the Kharkiv region.

- Office equipment:
- Desktop computer – 12 pcs;
- Basic pre-installed software (Windows 11 Pro + Microsoft Office 2019 / 2021) – 12 pcs;
- MFP – 11 pcs;
- Laminator – 12 pcs.

- The deadline for submitting questions by participants regarding clarifications of the tender terms: 03.09.2024
- Tender submission deadline: 06.09.2024 12:00 pm

- The deadline for signing the Supply Agreement: within 7 days from the date of winner’s notification
- Singing of the Supply Agreement: until 16.09.2024
