Seeing smiles on the faces of children who survived the horrors of war is the most valuable reward.💙💛

#StezhkaNadei (#PathofHope) is a unique project of the “Kharkiv with You” Charitable Foundation in which we have united the efforts of many adults for the sake of our Ukrainian children. Because saving them is equal to saving the future of the nation.

The “Path of Hope” (“Stezhka Nadei”) has become a lifeline for many children not only with difficult fates, adopted, but also with difficult diagnoses which can not be helped in Ukraine during the large-scale invasion.

We are very grateful to the “Renaissance” International Foundation (Міжнародний фонд “Відродження”) which with the financial support of the humanitarian organization CARE Deutschland e.V. supported our project within the framework of the program “Humanitarian Solidarity”.

Thanks to this, we were able to take children from Izium, Severodonetsk, Kreminna and Rubezhnoye, Kharkiv, Kherson, Mariupol and Irpen to Poland, Bulgaria, Italy and France for treatment and vacation.

It is hard to overestimate the amount of energy, time and mental energy invested in the “Path of Hope” by the representative of our Foundation, project manager, co-founder of the Charitable Foundation “Kharkiv with you” Olena Sherzhukova (Олена Шержукова). Thanks to her efforts, a partnership was established with representatives of the leading medical institutions in Europe which took in Ukrainian children with serious illnesses.

The “Stezhka Nadei” is also hundreds of steps taken by a reliable team of like-minded people who collect packages of necessary documents on the spot, compile lists and transport children to Lviv. Moreover, we do it according to all the rules: the children is accompanied by a chef who prepares specialized food, nurses, an interpreter.

The project is supported by the Embassy of Ukraine in Italy, international funds Nova Ukraine (USA), One Ukraine and under the personal control of the Deputy of Ukraine, Head of the Delegation of Ukraine to the Council of Europe Maria Mezentseva.
